The idea – grown from experience

Dr. Dr. Thomas Kaufmann , former high-performance athlete, practicing physician with decades of experience and passionate family man, developed the OsteoTrainer® because, despite a lack of time, he wanted to implement daily, effective training in order to remain physically fit and not lose the mental balance through exercise.

His goal: a system that strengthens the human body as a functional unit , responds individually, and can be used anywhere. The result is the OsteoTrainer® – a training device that combines isometric and dynamic stimuli , adapts to any environment, and caters to every fitness level.

Our vision

We believe in a society in which healthy exercise is accessible and natural for everyone – regardless of age, daily routine, or physical condition. The OsteoTrainer® is our contribution to this: a training system that adapts to the individual – not the other way around.
